A clash broke out between activists of the Revolutionary Marxist Party and the Communist Party of India (Marxist) at Koottalida, near Balussery, here on Saturday night. Three RMP leaders were injured. Sources said a group of CPI(M) activists barged into a meeting of the RMP, leading to the clash. K.K. Madhavan, father-in-law of slain RMP leader T.P. Chandrasekharan, took part in the meeting. The clash broke out after Mr. Madhavan had left the venue. RMP leaders K.P. Prakashan, V.P. Surendran and N. Rajesh were injured, sources said.— Staff Reporter
