The Staff Selection Commission regional office has announced February 15 as the last date to apply for the Combined Graduate Level Examination 2013. The qualifier or Tier-I exam will be held in four centres in the State on April 14 and 21, according to a release here on Friday. February 13 will be the last day for online applications.

The Bangalore office handles Kerala and the Union Territory of Lakshadweep. The written examinations will be held in Bangalore, Dharwad, Mangalore, Gulbarga in the State and in Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Thrissur and Kozhikode in Kerala. Those who qualify will then take the Tier-II exam on July 21.

The all-India tests are held to recruit 12,000 to 14,000 posts each year of Group B (non-gazetted) and Group C (non-technical) posts in various Union Government ministries/departments, subordinate offices, the C&AG and accountant-general offices, the Election Commission and the Central Vigilance Commission.
