The Home Minister said that barring Kannur, all other districts registered increasing attendance in government offices.
In Kannur, only 69.01 per cent of the government employees attended office on Friday. This was 2.50 per cent lower than the attendance registered on Thursday, he said. Idukki had the highest rate of attendance at 83.44 per cent.
