THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Janapaksham State president K.Raman Pillai has said that he had not violated the discipline of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Mr.Pillai told reporters here on Thursday that the BJP had not taken any disciplinary action against him and he had not received any official communication of committing indiscipline. Discipline is imperative for the party and he had not violated it. He had not done anything against the party constitution. People from various sections, including the Sangh Parivar, were cooperating with Janapaksham, he said.

While complaining that the MPs from Kerala were not keen on upholding the interests of the State, Mr.Pillai said that BJP leader O. Rajagopal as Union Minister had taken the initiative to develop the railway network in the State. The neglect of the Centre was obvious in the Mullaperiyar and Parambikulam-Aliyar issues. Mr.Pillai said that Janapaksham leaders would soon declare their assets.
