THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Electricity Officers Federation has urged the State government to fill the vacancies and make the pending dying-in-harness appointments in the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) at the earliest.

Federation general secretary S.Vijayan said here on Saturday that because of the delay in filling vacancies daily-wagers who did not have the qualification or training prescribed by the Board were working from the level of part-time employees to that of officers.
