The Kerala State Petroleum Traders' Association has warned that they will join a nation-wide, indefinite strike from April 23 midnight. A statement issued by the association here on Monday said that the petroleum dealers would exhaust all stocks and refuse to take fresh supplies from the strike day. The retailers are demanding five per cent commission on the billed amount; denial of permission to open new petroleum outlets; and withdrawal of “outdated” marketing rule MDG 2005. — Staff Reporter
