Peevees Model School, Nilambur, bagged 260 points and topped the CBSE Sargotsav and IT Fest held by the district chapter of the Sahodaya School Complexes. The fest was held at the Noble Public School, Manjeri. M.E.S. Central School, Tirur, came second with 257 points and Fatimagiri School, Nilambur, came third with 236 points. The points will be taken into account at the CBSE district arts festival to be held at St. Joseph’s School, Puthanangadi, Perinthalmanna, on October 25, 26, and 27. M. Ummer, MLA, inaugurated the Sargolsav on Monday. Sahodaya president M.T. George presided. General secretary M. Abdul Nazar delivered the keynote address. Noble School chairman D. Yunus, secretary Mohammed Ismail, Sahodaya secretaries Sr. Subini, M. Jowhar, and Jacob Sebastian, and Noble School principal M. Sadik spoke.
