Various projects in the Pariyaram Medical College, including modern health care facilities and developmental works, will be inaugurated on October 7.

Announcing this, medical college director board chairman M.V. Jayarajan said in a press release here that the facilities and the developmental projects scheduled to be inaugurated on October 7 in the medical college included a modern cath lab with FFR (Fractional Flow Reserve), renovated drinking water supply network, a new block for gastro-intestinal and liver diseases unit, the renovated emergency medicine unit, new hostel annex, waste water treatment plant, and a medical research centre.

Minister K.P. Mohanan, P. Karunakaran, MP, E.P. Jayarajan, T.V. Rajesh, Sunny Joseph and James Mathew, MLAs, and the Academy of Medical Science (medical college) chairman B. Ekbal would inaugurate the facilities. — Special Correspondent
