: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy was enticing people with hopes of a Cabinet berth after the elections, said Communist Party of India State secretary Pannyan Ravindran.

He said it was regrettable that the Revolutionary Socialist Party had fallen for the Chief Minister’s tactics. Mr. Ravindran was speaking at a programme organised at the Ernakulam Press Club here on Sunday.

He also remarked that Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan’s criticism of V.S. Achuthanandan had been unduly harsh.
