KOCHI: The minorities wing of the State unit of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) will organise a seminar in Malappuram on April 19.

The programme is part of the State conference of the party to be held in Thrissur from April 25 to 27.

2,500 delegates

Keralapuram Shereef, chairman of the wing, said about 2,500 delegates would attend the seminar.

The participants will discuss the religious, political, social, educational and employment status of various religious minorities in the country. He urged the Union and State governments to take immediate steps to implement the Sachar committee report.
