V.R. Krishna Iyer, former judge of the Supreme Court, in a reaction to the Supreme Court judgment scrapping the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) for admissions to MBBS courses in medical colleges across the country, has said that he does not agree with the wisdom of the judgment. A petition must be filed to review the judgment, said Mr. Iyer here on Thursday. He added that the government could bring in a constitutional amendment to make medical entrance examinations free of corrupt practices. — Staff Reporter
