Israeli writer and activist Susan Nathan has said that she will go in appeal against an order of the Division Bench of the High Court to avert her deportation ordered by the District Collector of Kozhikode. Ms. Nathan, in a statement issued through her lawyer, said that she was confident of disproving the charges based on which her deportation had been ordered. She claimed that beside Indian laws, she would have the backing of international laws and the UN declaration of human rights. — Special Correspondent
