23 lucky winners will be selected
The fourth weekly draw of the Grand Kerala Shopping Festival (GKSF) will be held on Sunday at Nilambur in Malappuram district, on the concluding day of the tourism festival, Nilambur Utsavam.
Minister for Tourism A.P. Anil Kumar and film director Renjith will be present at the function. Representatives of different trade bodies and sponsors will also take part.
Nilambur Utsavam that began on January 1 with a drama by Nilambur Balan and team has been drawing large crowds. Stage shows by various artistes were organised as part of the festival, which will conclude with a stage show by Kottayam Nazeer on January 13.
Twenty-three lucky winners will be selected at the draw. Ten winners will be given 10 sovereigns of gold each, three will get gift vouchers of Rs.10,000 each sponsored by the Kerala Tourism Development Corporation and 10 will get gift vouchers of Rs.7,700 each.
