Immigration officials at the Cochin International airport, on Thursday, detained a passenger who tried to fly to France using a forged visa.

The passenger, identified as 36-year-old Janimol from Thaliparamba, Kannur, was nabbed while attempting to board an Emirates flight to Dubai.

The officials nabbed two others too on Thursday on charges of passport forgery. Murukeshan, 33, who hails from Peramballur and Kuppuswami, 55, were detained on their arrival by an Air Asia flight. '

While Murukeshan travelled on the passport of one Balamurukan, Kuppuswami was using the passport of one Agathin from Trichy.
