The function to mark the seventh death anniversary of Mylamma, the tribal woman who became a symbol of the struggle against exploitation of water by the bottling plant of Coca-Cola at Plachimada, will be inaugurated by environmentalist C.R. Neelakandan at Chambrath Challa in Muthalamada in Chittur taluk at 10 a.m. on Sunday. Mariyappan Neelippara, president, Adivasi Samrakshana Samithy, will preside.
