KOCHI: The cruise vessel Vistamar called at Kochi port on Monday, arriving from Mumbai and leaving for Colombo after about five hours of stay here.

Vistamar is a vessel of Panama nationality and had on board 255 passengers (mainly British, German and Swedish nationals) and 110 crewmembers. This is the ninth cruise vessel to call at Kochi during the current tourism season. Vistamar will again call at Cochin Port on January 19, 2007, said a press release from Cochin Port Trust here. Superstar Libra, now plying in the Western Indian coastal waters, will call at Cochin Port six times in the coming months between now and May, the press release added.
