KOCHI: The Unaided Training College Management Association will conduct common entrance examination for admission to B.Ed. course.

The Association representatives said at a press conference here on Thursday that 70 colleges have formed a consortium. There are more than 100 colleges in the category and the remaining colleges will join the consortium, according to them. The decision comes in the wake of the powers vested with the managements in the matter of conducting examinations. The statement pertaining to the fee structure will be submitted to the authorities concerned. The association will organise a meeting in Kochi on February 5 to discuss details on the conduct of the examination.
