Excise Minister P. K. Gurudasan, on Sunday, offered concessions to licensees of toddy shops in Thrissur taluk which have remained closed since the liquor tragedy in Malappuram. Tax would be waived on coconut trees being tapped for supply of liquor to shops on a taluk or range basis.
