Tourism Minister A.P. Anil Kumar will preside. The Malabar Mahotav Kalasreshta-Kalaratna awards will be presented at the inaugural function.
Pallavi Krishna and her troupe will present Mohiniyattom.
A music programme devoted to Hindi playback singer Mohammed Rafi will follow.
