Canara Bank, on Saturday, organised a road show in the city, with bank employees marching on M.G. Road with the bank’s logo, banners, and displays exhibiting the bank’s products for the public.

The employees also canvassed for the products, including opening of accounts, savings schemes, and loans. The bank would reach out to unbanked areas, the employees said.

The programme, which was inaugurated by Thiruvananthapuram circle deputy general manager S.T. Ramachandra, saw a number of accounts being opened in the bank, a press release issued by the bank said here on Saturday.
