KOCHI: The District Development Committee (DDC) on Saturday asked for steps to ensure mid-day meal in all high schools in the light of the order passed by the State government to this effect.

A resolution raising this demand was moved by M.A. Yousuf, MLA, and seconded by Jose Thettayil, MLA, at the meet.

Mr. Thettayil asked for replacing Keltron with another agency for installing computers allotted under the MLA fund in schools.

Stating that Keltron had failed in the task, he said there were instances of computers being not installed even after six months.

Servicing of computers was also not done properly, he said.
