Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) will conduct a telephone adalat this month to settle long-pending complaints and grievances of consumers in the district.

Fresh complaints without trying the usual channels, complaints awaiting settlement in courts, delay in provision of new phone connections and mass complaints from organisations will not be considered at the adalat.

Complaints on which decisions were already pronounced in earlier adalats would also not be considered, an official release said.

Complaints with copies of earlier complaints should be addressed to the Sub-Divisional Engineer (PR), Office of the General Manager, BSNL, DPO Road, Malappuram 676505 before July 15. The time and date of the adalat will be intimated to the complainants individually.
