The Federation of Residents' Association Thiruvananthapuram (FRAT) has urged health authorities to sanction a mobile blood bank in the city. FRAT president Pattom Sasidharan Nair and general secretary Punchakkary G. Raveendran Nair said in a statement here on Saturday that a facility that could engage four donors at a time was needed here.
