The ‘Kerala Raksha Pada Yatra', a rally led by Bharatiya Janata Party State president V. Muraleedharan from Kasargode, will reach Ernakulam district on February 13. The rally will be in the district till February 16.

The rally will be received at Karukutty on February 13 by BJP district president P.J. Thomas. Former State president of the party, P.K. Krishnadas will address a public meeting on that day evening at Angamaly.

The rally will pass through Telk, Desam, Kunnumpuram, Paravur on February 14. A meeting to be held at Aluva on that day will be addressed by State party secretary B.K. Sekhar. The rally's route on February 15 include Ambattukavu, Premier, Edappally, Palarivattom, Kaloor and Vytilla where a meeting is to be held in which prominent leaders will participate.

The rally will pass through Tripunithura, Maradu, Kundannoor, on the next day before entering Alappuzha district.
