KOCHI: Swami Gauthamanandaji Maharaj, president of Chennai Sree Ramakrishna Math and senior trustee of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission was given a reception on Monday.

Addressing a gathering, Swami Gauthamanda asked the people to acquire spiritual wealth.

He said that material wealth and spiritual wealth must co-exist for the well-being of a nation.

“While we are now strong in material wealth, spiritual wealth is disappearing”, he said. He inaugurated the Japa Sanghamam at Pavakulam Siva Temple before the Maha Kumbhabishekam began.
