THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Folklore Akademi has selected C.K. Andiperumalayan, Thirayattom performer; Raphael Joseph, Chavittunaatakom performer; and Vengara Krishnappanikkar, Maruthukali artiste; for its fellowships. The akademi has selected 25 folklore artistes for its various awards and decided to offer ‘guru puja' to 10 others. The fellowships and awards will be presented in Kozhikode in April, C.J. Kuttappan, Chairman of the academy said.

Krishnan Peruvannaan (Theyyam); Keezhillam Unnikrishnan (Mudiyettu); Kaarthu (Naadanppattu); Kali (Kuzhal); K.N. Omana (Thiruvathirakali); R. Sreedharan Nair (Bhadrakaalippattu); Balan Chirayath (Kambukali); O.V. Krishnan (Pulluvanppattu), Ayyappan (Cheruneeliyaattom); Madhathil Kunhikrishnan (Kannyaarkali); Nanchamma (Adivasippattu), Podikkalam Parambil Kunhirama Peruvannan (Sreestha); K.S. Mohammed Hussain (Muttumbili); T. Gomathy Amma (Parisamuttukali); A.N. Anirudhan (Chavittunaatakom); Kuttamath A. Sreedharan (folk art studies); K.U. Damodara Poduval (Paachaka Kala); C.
