: The Palghat Fine Arts Society will host a Carnatic music concert by Rithvik Raja (vocal) at Society Auditorium, Tharekkad, at 5.30 p.m. on May 13. Rithvik Raja had his initial training in music under his mother Sudha Raja and later Sulochana Pattabhiraman. Since 2003, he has been under the tutorship of T.M. Krishna. In 2008, he won the Best Junior Vocalist Award; Narada Gana Sabha (2009); Parthasarathy Swami Sabha (2010); etc. Mr. Rithvik Raja will be accompanied by M. Vijay (violin); S.J. Arjun Ganesh (mridamgam) and G. Chandrasekhara Sarma (ghatom). — Staff Reporter
