PATHANAMTHITTA: A two-day district meeting of the Kerala Police Association (KPA) will begin at the Sree Krishna auditorium in Kozhencherry on Friday.

The two-day KPA district meet will begin with the delegates' session on Friday forenoon. District Superintendent of Police M. R. Ajithkumar will inaugurate the delegates' session and KPA district president E. Nizamudeen will preside over the meeting.

Mavelikkara MP C. S. Sujatha will inaugurate the seminar on `Police and the public' on Saturday forenoon. KPA State vice-president E. G. Baburaj will preside over the meeting.

Alphons Kannanthanam, MLA, Dr. Varghese George and Dr. K. Alexander will also address the seminar.

Minister for Agriculture Mullakkara Ratnakaran will inaugurate the valedictory meet on Saturday afternoon. Dr Philipose Mar Chrysostum Mar Thoma Metropolitan will deliver the keynote address on the occasion.

The meet will come to a close on Saturday afternoon.
