CPI demands Government actionKOCHI: The Eloor local committee of the Communist Party of India (CPI) has expressed concern over the havoc caused by industrial pollution in Eloor. There is acute drinking water problem in the area. The Central and State Governments must immediately intervene and initiate steps to check pollution, which has been taking a heavy toll on the health of Kochi residents.
