THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Don Bosco National Forum in association with the State government is launching a programme for finding missing children.

Titled the “The missing children search scheme,” the programme will be inaugurated by Social Welfare Minister P.K. Sreemathy at Trivandrum Childline Centre on Thursday.

A statement released by the Trivandrum Don Bosco Veedu Society said here on Wednesday that the programme was aimed at finding missing children and re-uniting them with their families.

Anyone could upload information of a missing child on the web site www.missingchildsearch.net or www.homelink.in.

The information, when compared with details on children from similar organisations across India, will help find the missing child, Trivandrum Don Bosco Veedu Society and Childline Trivandrum director Philip Parakatt said in the statement.
