KOZHIKODE: Jamaat-e-Islami Hindi, Kerala, has stressed the need to remove apprehensions in society and the insecurity among the Muslim community in the wake of the recent happenings at different places in the country.

The Jamaat State secretariat in a release here on Friday said the statements made by the Chief Minister, Ministers and the Congress leaders in the State had worsened the situation. Condemning terrorist activities, the organisation wanted the guilty punished. —Staff Reporter
