Thiruvananthapuram: The State Bank of Travancore has launched a mass Internal Communication Programme called ‘Parivartan’ for its staff. The programme is designed to “transform the employees who in turn will make the bank become more business focussed and customer oriented.” It is expected to generate a high level of enthusiasm among the 9,500 employees of the bank and improve customer service. —Special Correspondent
