KOZHIKODE: Plus Two teachers owing allegiance to the Kerala Aided Higher Secondary Teachers’ Association (KAHSTA) observed Tuesday as protest day to highlight their grievances relating to service conditions.

KAHSTA State committee president Joshy Antoney said the teachers registered their protest at the valuation camps all over the State on Tuesday.

The teachers are demanding the vesting of grade to those teachers who have completed eight years of service, appointment of teachers who have completed five years to HSS scale and granting of full-time allowance to all appointments made before the imposition of Special Rules. —Staff Reporter
