One more person accused in the case of an Arab marrying a minor Muslim girl residing in an orphanage in the city and later divorcing her surrendered before the investigating officers here on Sunday.

Yahiya Khader, a staff of the orphanage, was absconding after the incident. His arrest was recorded by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) Circle Inspector T.K. Ashraf.

He was, later, produced before the Principal Sessions Court and remanded in judicial custody. The total number of persons surrendered has reached four. P.T. Mohammedali, P.M. Waleed, and Mamukkoya had surrendered on Saturday.
