The Kerala High Court on Thursday adjourned to November 7 the hearing on a petition filed by Transport Commissioner and Additional Director-General of Police T.P. Senkumar seeking to expunge the remarks made by the Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate Court against him in connection with the LIS financial fraud case. The lower court made the remarks while dismissing a petition by the prosecution for a directive to further investigate the case. The court had termed the intervention by the Transport Commissioner in the case as dubious, and observed that the official and his aides were trying to scare the court.
