The former Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa has said that the State government will not survive if the BJP takes action against his supporters.

Speaking at the helipad before going to inaugurate a community hall at Yelerampura in Koratagere taluk in Tumkur district on Friday, Mr. Yeddyurappa said, “I am not aware of the arrival of BJP leader in-charge of the State Dharmendra Pradhan in Bangalore and even if he has arrived, I have nothing to do with it.”

Addressing a gathering, Mr. Yeddyurappa said that for the past 40 years he had built the party and now the BJP has backstabbed him.

He said earlier the former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy had deceived him and now the BJP has deceived him.

He said all the political parties which ruled the State for the past 50 years lacked vision and hence were unable to provide irrigational facilities to all parts of the State.

He said that if he had got an opportunity to rule the State for five years, he would have done everything for its development.
