Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa, it appears, has begun to control his temper.
According to him, he has overcome his short temper and is trying to remain calm.
“I don't get angry anymore as I keep my temper under control. I get up at 4 a.m. every day and spend some time in the puja room in my house because I get solace there,” Mr. Yeddyurappa said at the State BJP Executive Committee meeting here on Wednesday.
Focus on governance
“My eyes become moist recalling the recent political developments in the State. I have decided not to speak to my detractors, but to focus more on governance.”
Mr. Yeddyurappa, who spoke for about 25 minutes, was apparently annoyed when he found that only a few participants were jotting down the sayings of eminent personalities that he quoted.
“I have the habit of jotting down notes whenever I participate in functions. When I return home in the evening, I copy them in my diary though I don't know if I can read them all again. It is a habit that I have cultivated in my 40-year-long political career,” Mr. Yeddyurappa added
