School and college students can learn nuances of Yakshagana at a two-day Yakshagana appreciation camp to be organised by Karnataka Yakshagana Bayalata Academy here from January 12.

The venue would be the premises of Nandaneshwar temple at Panambur, according to the chairman of the academy M. L. Samaga.

He told presspersons here on Monday that students would be introduced to facial make up, costumes, dance and “bhavabhinaya” of Yakshagana.

Artistes of Makkama Mela, Saligrama, Durga Makkala Mela, Kateel and Dodda Basaveshwara Doddata Mandali, Masanakatti would present the shows.
