The Legal Services Authority has arranged a workshop for the tribal people and the forest dwellers of Joida taluk in Uttara Kannada on December 4. The aim of the seminar was to create awareness among the people living in the most backward areas of the district. The programme is arranged in the Kunabi Bhavan in Joida. The programme begins at 10.30 a.m. and will continue till evening. H.N. Nagamohanadas, judge of the Karnataka High Court; V. Shrishanand, District and Sessions Judge, Uttara Kannada; and B.N. Krishnaiah, Deputy Commissioner, would participate in the programme. People of Joida taluk have been requested to attend this programme, a release from the District Legal Services Authority, Karwar, said.
