Bangalore: Children’s Day just got more exciting with the South Asian finals of the “Horlicks Wiz Kids 2008”, known as India’s largest inter-school fest, which will be held in Bangalore on November 14.

Students from Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal will compete with winners from 19 Indian cities. A total of 64 students will battle it out at Ambedkar Bhavan at the fest. The winners will form the “Horlicks Wiz Team 2008” that will visit the U.K.

One of the highlights of the event is that Anil Kumble, former captain of the Indian test team, will be among the panel of judges at the grand finale. The four winners will interact with various NGOs working with children, and students from London School of Economics.
