PANAJI: Two accused in the Margao/Sancoale bomb blast case of October 2009 were granted bail by a Judicial Magistrate's Court of Vasco in south Goa on Wednesday as the charge-sheet was not filed by the investigating agencies within 180 days.
The case is now being handled by the National Investigation Agency. The names of the accused are Vinay Talekar from Karwar and Vinayak Patil from Belgaum. Both are associated with Hindu rightwing organisation Sanatan Sanstha. They were arrested by Goa police on October 31, 2009 in connection with the case.
