MYSORE: Three persons using two-wheelers, who were injured in separate accidents, died during the last three days. A release from the police said that all the three succumbed to head injuries that they sustained during the accidents. It said that their lives could have been saved had they used helmets.

Manju (21), a resident of K.G. Koppal, died on the spot on Wednesday after his two-wheeler skidded off the road while negotiating a turn near the Ring Road. In another accident, a 24-year-old, who was riding pillion, sustained grievous injuries when the two-wheeler met with an accident on the Ring Road near Vijayanagar 3rd Stage on November 10. The victim Jyothipria, an employee of Infosys Technologies, died on November 12 at a private hospital. In another case, Shankar (24), who met with an accident on H.D. Kote road last month died at the Mission Hospital here on Tuesday.
