HUBLI: As many as 200 students and a few teachers from various districts in the State are expected to participate in the State-level workshop on “Entrepreneurship development — challenges and opportunities” to be held here on September 25 and 26.

Principal of Jagadguru Gangadhar College of Commerce R. Nataraj told presspersons here on Tuesday that the UGC-sponsored workshop would have four technical sessions. Industrialists and entrepreneurs would participate in them.

Prof. Nataraj said that there would be paper presentations and interaction during the technical sessions. A panel discussion led by entrepreneur Vikram Shirur would be held. Managing Director of VRL Logistics Anand Sankeshwar would speak on challenges in media and Managing Director of Patil Insulating Company Laxmikanth Patil on opportunities in small-scale industries.

Pralhad Joshi, MP, will inaugurate the workshop at 10 a.m. Industrialist Gopal Jinagouda from Belgaum will deliver the valedictory address.
