The South Western Railway will run a weekly express special train between Mysore and Renigunta in Andhra Pradesh from January 18 to June 28, according to a press release.

As per the schedule, train number 01035 Mysore–Renigunta Express Special will depart from Mysore at 10.45 p.m. on Fridays, from January 18, and reach Renigunta at 8.15 a.m. the next day.

In the return direction, train number 01036 Renigunta–Mysore Express Special will depart from Renigunta at 12.45 p.m. on Saturdays, from January 19, and arrive at Mysore at 11.45 p.m. the next day.

The train will halt at Mandya, Kengeri, Bangalore City, Bangalore Cantonment, Bangarpet, Jolarpet, Vaniambadi, Ambur, Gudiyatam, Katpadi, Chitoor, Pakala and Tirupati.

There will be 24 trips in each direction.

The release said the train will have 17 coaches, comprising one AC 2-tier coach, two AC 3-tier coaches, nine second-class sleeper coaches, three general second-class coaches and two second-class luggage-cum-brake vans.
