GULBARGA: A two-day national seminar on “Indian foreign policy — continuity and change” organised by the Department of Studies in Political Science, Gulbarga University, will be held here on Tuesday and Wednesday at Ambedkar Hall in the university campus. The seminar will be inaugurated at 10 a.m.

According to a release from the chairman of the Political Science Department, Chandrashekar Yatanoor, the seminar would be inaugurated by the former Ambassador A.N. Ram.

P.V. Rao, Director, Centre for Indian Ocean Studies, Osmania University, Hyderabad, would be the chief guest. Vice-Chancellor of Gulbarga University B.G. Mulimani would preside over the function. Speakers from various universities of the State such as Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore, Kuvempu and Karnatak would present papers, he added.
