KOLAR: Ekavi, an international forum of Kannada organisations has decided to adopt 1,000 schools across the State for the development of poor students in government institutions. Revealing this to presspersons here on Wednesday, Ekavi president V.M. Kumaraswamy said that attention will be on North Karnataka region to implement the scheme. Mr. Kumaraswamy urged the Government to implement the Sarojini Mahishi Committe Report. The forum’s district convener C.G. Murali was present.
