BIDAR: The Bidar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) has demanded re-auction of shops constructed by the city municipal corporation.

President of the BCCI B.G. Shetkar, in a statement here on Wednesday, said that several shops in the commercial complex had remained vacant and those who were allotted the shops earlier had not taken possession so far.

Mr. Shetkar said that the district administration and the CMC should take steps to re-auction the shops and allot them on priority to those who had lost their commercial property in the city during road-widening works. — Special Correspondent
