Minister in-charge of Mysore district S.A. Ramdas has denied allegations of malpractices by him to lure voters during elections to the Mysore City Corporation council.

The Election Commission could inquire into the allegations, he added.

Responding to the complaint lodged against him by A.H. Vishwanath, MP, and M.K. Somashekar, former MLA, with the election observer here on Friday, the Minister said the action of the leaders stemmed out of fear of their party losing in the elections.

“I am ready to face any probe. Let the inquiry prove the charges,” he told presspersons.
