BANGALORE: Domestic workers from different parts of the State will gather in Bangalore on March 5 and take out a procession from the City Railway station to the old Central jail premises, where a rally will be held seeking better wages and facilities. The rally is part of the Bangalore Chalo programme organised by Domestic Workers’ Union to pressure the State Government to bring about a law that ensures better wages for the domestic workers, most of whom are toiling for a paltry remuneration. — Special Correspondent
