Advocates at the City Civil Court need not travel far when they want to book railway tickets as a Railway Reservation Ticket counter was inaugurated on the court premises on Monday.
Union Minister of State for Small and Medium Industries K.H. Muniyappa inaugurated the counter.
K. Sridhar Rao, judge, High Court of Karnataka, and administrative judge of the City Civil Court; Choudapurkar Arun, Principal City Civil and Sessions judge; and Anil Kumar Agarwal, Divisional Railway Manager, South Western Railway (Bangalore) were present.
President of the Bangalore Advocates’ Association Subba Reddy said the counter would benefit thousands of lawyers who worked at the City Civil Court.
